Rajapakse has no power to continue as prime minister - Sri Lanka Supreme Court action

பிரதமராக நீடிக்க ராஜபக்சேவுக்கு அதிகாரமில்லை - இலங்கை சுப்ரீம் கோர்ட் அதிரடிColombo:

The 26-year-old strike took place last month at Cold War between Sri Lankan President Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe.

Sirisena ordered the removal of Ranil Wickramasinghe from the post of prime minister and hiring former president Mahinda Rajapaksa as prime minister. He also abolished parliament.

Rajapakse's voice in parliament has proved to be the majority. Following this, Sirisena convened Parliament on 14th. Rajapaksa holds the horsepower and does not get enough MPs to prove the majority.

In the meantime, President Sirisena ordered the dissolution of the Parliament on 9th. The parliamentary election will be held on January 5.

However, the election commission president Mahinda Deshapriya said that the general election can not be conducted without the knowledge of the Supreme Court.

In this case, the Supreme Court today filed a petition filed by 122 MPs in the country. At that time, Mahinda Rajapakse was acting as prime minister and holding a cabinet meeting.

Furthermore, the court also ordered Rajapaksa and his nominees to be appointed on December 12. #Srilanka #MahindaRajapakse #SupremeCour***For More Tamil Online News- -Tamil Online News Paper, Jaffna News, Sri Lanka News, India News, Chennai News, Tamil Nadu News, Cinema News, Tamil Cinema movies News, Canada News, World News..#Tamilnews , #Jaffnanews, #Srillankanews, #indiaNews , #Tamilmovies, #Tamilcinemanews தமிழ் செய்திகள், செய்தி, செய்திகள், இலங்கை செய்திகள்
